大家下午好！
首先请允许我代表赛事组委会向来自世界各国和地区的媒体记者朋友们到中国宁波采访2008世界女子拳击锦标赛表示热烈的欢迎，也对大家不辞辛苦从万里、千里之外来到宁波采访致以亲切的问候。明天下午，由国际拳击联合会主办，中国拳击协会、宁波市人民政府承办的2008世界女子拳击锦标赛将在中国宁波雅戈尔体育馆举行，现在我受组委会的委托，将2008世界女子拳击锦标赛的总体情况和重大活动向各位记者朋友介绍一下：
一、赛事的总体情况
2008世界女子拳击锦标赛是我国在北京奥运会后承办的首项世界锦标赛，也是世界女子拳击锦标赛首次在中国举办，同时也是宁波体育史上举办的最高规格、最大规模的世界体育大赛之一。11月11日俄罗斯队和罗马尼亚队就先期抵达宁波参加训练营，先后有克罗地亚、法国、爱尔兰、挪威、特拉尼达和多巴哥、瑞典、丹麦、葡萄牙等10支国家队来到宁波参加了训练营，提前熟悉环境，进行适应性训练。目前已有43个国家和地区的243名运动员抵达宁波参赛，而且有160多名裁判员、官员来参加和观摩比赛。本次比赛共设13个级别，分别是46 kg、48 kg、50 kg、52 kg、54 kg、57 kg、60 kg、63 kg、66 kg、70 kg、75 kg、80 kg、86kg级，其中俄罗斯、美国、乌克兰和中国等国家将参加所有13个级别的比赛。22日下午将举行开幕式，随后比赛将正式开始，22日至25日为预赛，26日将进行四分之一决赛，在体育馆内均采用两个拳台同时进行比赛，每天比赛50场左右。27日休息，28日半决赛，29日决赛，半决赛和决赛在一个拳台进行比赛。
此外，本次赛事将由宁波电视台对半决赛和决赛进行现场直播，并提供上星服务；由中国宁波网提供网络支持，设立官方网站，网址为http://nzqj.cnnb.com.cn,可为大家提供摄影摄像资料。
二、本次赛事的重大活动安排：
1、欢迎酒会：由宁波市人民政府举办的欢迎酒会将在今天晚上六时整在宁波中信国际大酒店三楼甬汇厅举行，记者招待酒会将在今天晚上六点半在这里举行。
2、抽签：22日11：00—12：00将在宁波大酒店6楼嘉悦堂进行13个级别的抽签仪式，各运动队领队和教练抽取各级别队员出场顺序确定对阵形势。
3、开幕式：22日下午14：00—15：00将在雅戈尔体育馆进行开幕仪式，届时，将进行热烈隆重体现中国特色的文体表演。15：00比赛正式开始。
4、决赛和颁奖仪式：29日下午14：00开始决赛，从小级别到大级别，第二场决赛结束后举行第一场决赛的颁奖仪式。全部比赛将于29日晚19：00左右结束。
5、欢送酒会：29日晚20：00宁波市人民政府在新舟宾馆二楼宁波厅举行欢送酒会，参赛队将在30日开始陆续离赛。

First of all, please allow me, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, to extend my warm welcome to all media friends from countries and regions all over the world to cover this championship and express my sincere greetings to all of you for coming all the way from a thousand miles away to Ningbo. Tomorrow afternoon, AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships Ningbo City 2008, which is hosted by International Boxing Association and organized by Chinese Boxing Federation and Ningbo Municipal Government, will open in Youngor Stadium, Ningbo, China. Entrusted by the organizing committee, now I’d like to make an introduction to the general situation and some major events of this championships to all friends from the media. 1. Overall Situation of the Championship
AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships Ningbo City 2008 is the first world championship held in China after the Beijing Olympic Games. It’s the first time that this championship is held in China. It’s also one of the world sports events with the highest level and largest scales in Ningbo’s sports history. Russian team and Romanian team have arrived and started training earlier. After that, 10 other national teams including Croatia, France, Ireland, Norway, Telanida Tobago, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal arrived in Ningbo for orientation and adaptation training. At present, altogether 243 competitors from 43 countries and regions have arrived in Ningbo. Besides, more than 160 judges and official have come to participate or watch the championship. This championship will be processed in 13 levels, they’re respectively 46-kilogram level, 48-kilogram level, 50-kilogram level, 52-kilogram level, 54-kilogram level, 57-kilogram level, 60-kilogram level, 63-kilogram level, 66-kilogram level, 70-kilogram level, 75-kilogram level, 80-kilogram level, and 85-kilogram level. Countries such as Russia, America, Ukraine and China will compete in all 13 levels. The opening ceremony is to be held tomorrow afternoon. The championship will start right after the opening ceremony. From Nov 22-24 is the preliminary match, 26 is the quarter-final. Competitions are to be held at two stages in the stadium at the same time. The average is around 50 matches per day. 27 is the break day. 28 is the semi-final and 29 is the final. Semi-finals and finals are to be held at one stage. Besides, the semi-finals and finals are to be lively broadcasted by Ningbo TV and satellite service will be provided. 2. Major Events
a. Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception hosted by Ningbo Municipal Government will be held at 18:00 at Yonghui Hall on the 3rd floor of this Hotel. And the Welcome Reception for Media will be held at 18:00 here tonight.
b. Drawing of Lots
The drawing of lots of 13 levels will be held from 11:00 to 12:00 am in the morning on Nov.22 at Jiayue Hall on the 6th floor of Ningbo World Hotel. The team leaders and coaches will draw lots for the order to compete and the rivals.
c.Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony will be held at 14:00 ~15:00 on Nov. 22 in Youngor Stadium. There will be an artistic-cultural and sports performance with Chinese characteristics. The competition will begin at 15:00.
d. Finals and awarding ceremony
The Finals will start at 14:00on Nov.29 from low-weight level to high-weight level. The awarding ceremony of the first final will be held after the 2nd final. All finals will finish at around 19:00 on Nov.29.
e. Farewell Banquet
The Farewell Banquet hosted by Ningbo Municipal Government will be held on the 2nd floor, Ningbo Hall of Ningbo Xinzhou Hotel at 20:00on Nov.29. All participating teams will leave Ningbo since Nov.30.
