卢绪章(1911.6-1995.11)，中国共产党优秀党员，新中国对外贸易、旅游事业的开拓者和奠基人之一，早年创办广大华行。毕生执着于民族富强的理想，为中国外贸、旅游事业的起步、发展，以及宁波的开发开放，做了大量开拓性工作。
Lu Hsu Chang (1911.6-1995.11) Excellent member of the Communist Party of China, the founder and pioneer of the cause of foreign trade and tourism in New China. He established Guangda Trading Company in the early years and adhered to the ideal of national prosperity all life long. He devoted himself to the starting and development of foreign trade and tourism, and did much pioneering work on the development and opening up of Ningbo.
